Abstract:
Information and communication technology (ICT) has deeply transformed social life, significantly raising citizens' expectations. With the widespread adoption of ICT, people now expect service organizations to leverage these technologies to enhance the speed and accuracy of their operations. In an era where ICT acts as an extension of human thought, constantly generating and distributing information while facilitating communication, it is clear that the primary mission of service organizations is to streamline their internal processes. This enables them to make informed decisions in real-time, offering the best solutions to their audience and fostering progress. In meanwhile, administrative automation is used to facilitate various forms of verbal and written communication. In another definition, administrative automation refers to the use of electronic tools in office activities to enhance efficiency. This increased efficiency results from the exchange of information within and between offices and their environments, ultimately providing better information for decision-making and benefiting management. In a further definition, administrative automation includes systems that handle administrative correspondence in written, verbal, or video formats. These systems are responsible for creating, storing, modifying, and displaying such communications, and then transmitting them. Examples of these systems include email, fax, video conferencing, and electronic bulletin boards. For over a decade, system analysts and designers in the country have been working to automate communication processes within organizations.
