This research was carried out with the aim of redesigning the organizational structure with a service-oriented approach in accordance with the vision and mission of the National Bank of Kerman province. The existing research is applied in terms of purpose and its approach is mixed. In this way, first the qualitative part was with the Delphi method and then the quantitative phase was with the correlation method. The statistical population of the research includes two groups of experts and employees of the National Bank of Kerman in 2020, and the sample size of the qualitative part is 30 people and the quantitative part is 380 people. In the qualitative section, they were selected with a purposeful sampling method and in the quantitative section with a simple random sampling method. The tool for collecting information in the qualitative part of the scientific documents and texts published in written and electronic form and in the quantitative part was two questionnaires including a researcher-made questionnaire with 132 questions of the redesigned organizational structure with a validity of 0.87 and a reliability of 0.963, ns.
