The research method is based on descriptive analysis based on the available documents and sources in such a way that it first examines the concepts of temporary housing, nomadic society and definitions related to nomadic society and the characteristics of housing and its type of residence. and it has been discussed by collecting information with a library and field model about the temporary settlement of Khorasan-Razavi nomadic community.Geographical area of research: The scope of this research is Khorasan Razavi Province..

The nomads' emergency housing can be used for the temporary housing process after the incidents. The design of these spaces should be in such a way that in addition to housing the nomads, a space is also designed to keep livestock and poultry so that in addition to their livelihood and life, their economy is not endangered.

Based on the studies, the components of locating temporary emergency housing based on the residential pattern of Khorasan-Razavi nomads include considering safe areas in terms of natural events and its safe limits, using materials with high implementation speed and low cost. , being light and resistant to natural events, respecting human-made privacy (for example, access roads, power transmission lines, gas stations, etc.), suitable and safe distance for quick evacuation of people, livestock and poultry, optimal allocation of emergency accommodation points, location of temporary accommodation sites, provision of a safe road network model based on the principles of passive defense.
