Study and explanation of the strategies for implementing the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution Statement

In February 2018, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, in a manifesto titled the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution Statement, explained the three-fold status of the past, present, and future of the system that emerged from the Islamic Revolution, and explained the most important indicators that advance and achieve the goals and ideals of the Islamic Republic. This study, while assuming the statement as a visionary document, used a descriptive-analytical method to raise the question of what the strategies and strategies for implementing the statement are. In response to this hypothesis, it was proposed that paying attention to science and the necessity of localizing it and converting it into technology, creating discourse, empowering youth, increasing national power, and injecting hope into a possible tomorrow are the most important components for implementing the statement. The findings show that first, this statement has a high capacity and ability to be implemented and guarantee the life of the Islamic Republic. Secondly, this statement helps the authorities to have the most important solutions in policymaking and programs by understanding the current conditions and correctly analyzing the future.
