Analysis of obstacles to the implementation of engineering project management programs in the strategic navy
Project management is a process that includes the use of different skills, methods and tools to plan, organize and manage different projects within the framework of specific parameters. Accordingly, in the strategic navy of the army, many large-scale actions in the field of engineering and facilities in The format of engineering projects is defined and managed based on this approach. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize the obstacles to the implementation of engineering projects and facilities management programs in Nedaja. . In order to collect information, two steps have been taken, and in the first step, using interviews, obstacles to the implementation of engineering projects and facilities management programs in Nedaja have been identified, and in the next step, these factors have been prioritized. The statistical population of both stages of this research are experts in the field of engineering and facilities in Nedaja.. In order to identify the obstacles, the content analysis of the interviews was used and in order to prioritize, the TOPSIS method was used. The results of the research showed that five financial dimensions, decision-making dimension, contextual dimension, logistic dimension and human dimension are effective in the non-fulfillment of engineering and facilities project management plans in Nedaja.
