Exploring a Model of Organizational Control within Academic System Based on Religious Teachings
The present study was carried out with the aim of designing a model of organizational control within the academic system based on religious teachings by a qualitative approach of research sources and confirming themes by academic experts which led to identifying a model of organizational control within the academic system.
This study was qualitative research with a thematic analysis strategy in which by referring to religious sources (Quran and Nahjolbalaghah) and searching for the concept of organizational control and its equivalents, verses, and Hadiths were thematic analyzed so that a network of themes was shaped. In order to determine the reliability of the study, the test-retest reliability way was used for which content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) were applied. Findings and
using thematic analysis of 53 basic themes, 15 organizing themes, and 6 global themes with titles of fundamental control, internal control, public control, structural control, operational control, and gradual control were shaped. Based on research findings, all of the organizing and global themes identified within the academic control system had a significant role.
