A Comparative Study of Hadith-e Manzelat [Dignity] From the Viewpoint of Ahl-e Beit (a) and that of Ahl-e Sunnah

One of the original and the most reliable beliefs of ours, as shiites, is that the Holy Prophet (SAAS) has introduced a person or some people as his successor(s).In the Holy Quran and the Sunnah [or Sunnat: practices and traditions of The Prophet] (SAAS) there exist numerous proofs and reasonings for the mentioned claim. One of the most important reasonings in approving the rightfulness of Ahl-e Beit(a) or in beter terms,the rightfulness of Amir-al-Mumenin Ali-ebne-AbiTaleb's leadership is the credible and true traditions named hadith-e manzelat" [the tradition of dignity] in which the God's Messenger Muhammad (SAAS) has stated that the strong relation and dignity of Ali (a) to him is like that of Aaron (a) [Haroon] to Mosese (a) [moussa].The present survey is a comparative analysis of the mentioned hadith.
