Jurisprudence Study of Man and Woman s Equality in the Marriage

Equal literally means parallel and equality means married couple similarity. Malek says, 'equality relates to the religion'. Ahmad says, 'it relates to the religion and liberty of job, industry and property'. Hanafi jurists say, 'it only relates to the religion'. From Shafei’ s viewpoint, it relates to the religion, lineage, freedom, industry and etc.Equality in lineage is one of the viewpoints of Sunni jurists that the author criticizes it. Because everyone would be preferable that his faith is superior. In the present article, the author also mentions that equality in lineage is not acceptable in Islam.
