A REPORT ON THE CONFERENCE ON REGIONAL STUDIES, THEORITICAL FOUNDATIONS, AND ITS APPLICATION FOR IRANFACULTY OF LAW AND POLITICAL SCIENCE, UNIVERSITY OF TEHRAN, MAY 6, 2009

The first conference on regional studies was held under the title of "Conference on Regional Studies, Theoretical Foundations, and its Application for Iran" in the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Tehran on May 6, 2009. The conference was held in four meetings and the participants presented their papers in a wide array of topics related to theoretical foundations of regional studies, comparative research in regional studies, developments in Iran's neighboring environment, and Iran's regional policies.
