Marriage Wooing in different Branches of Islamic jurisprudence

Abstract:
Wooing or to seek a woman's hand in marriage, is so that a man goes to a woman and asks her for marriage. This has its own conditions. The writer of this article studies wooing or to seek a woman's hand in marriage from the Islamic jurisprudence point of view. He also discusses that different Islamic sects may be different in this case and have different situations and conditions of their own.
