The relationship between jurisdiction and politics from the viewpoint of Ghazali and Imam Khomeini (pbuh)

This article has made an attempt to study politics and jurisdiction comparatively through the political views of Imam Khomeini (pubh) and Ghazali. Examining their views, we conclude that jurisdiction and politics reside in the area of intellectual wisdom and politics is a dependant of jurisdiction. To clarify this relationship, we try to discuss some related issues such as the nature of political jurisdiction, political acts and legal politics.
