Management of Comprehensive Quality in Engineering Educational Programs

Abstract:
Most industrial organizations offer different technical courses for meeting the requirements of their engineers. Whereas performing launching courses implies enormous investment and also consumption of active manpower time; therefore, notice of performed educations quality and efficiency results from their effectiveness which is one of most important expectations of the organization from educational system. Responding to these expectations entails the recognition of factors that are effective on planning and launching courses like strategy, organizational structure and purposes of educational center, its organization and management, educational standards, educational team, available possibilities and equipments, teaching-learning process and evaluating the effect of each in order to help education portrayal for improving quality of organization production or services. In this article with "Management of Comprehensive Quality" approach as the most famous qualitative model, methods of improving quality in engineering educational programs will be considered.
