Category of ethics and its effect on surgical practices have special importance. Because using of ethical pattern has a great effect on treatment and[1] improvement of patients. Knowledge of ethical patterns and ethical doctrine and use of them in decision making in medicine, it cause to achieve proper solution for obtaining the best techniques and therefore personal and social consent have been attained. This article along with in introduction of ethical mechanism by Ross as a ethical doctrine, tries to show that ethical pluralism by Ross is a good pattern for decision making.
