Relationship between Organizational Climate and Conflict Management from Teacher's Viewpoints

Abstract:
Aim
This study evaluates the relationship between organizational climate and conflict management from the teachers’ viewpoints.
Method
The statistical population included all the teachers working in public schools of Tehran, out of which 375 female individuals were selected using random multistage cluster sampling.
Result
Our findings indicate that only 6 % of the changes concerning conflict management are related to the two factors of organizational climate (morale and intimacy) and 94% are related to the other factors. The multiple correlation coefficients between the components of organizational climate (morale and intimacy) with conflict management equals to 0/244 which is significant. Moreover, there is a significant, positive relationship between two aspects (morale and intimacy) of organizational climate and two method of conflict management (collaborating and compromising) and a significant negative relationship with regard to other variables.
