The relationship between wages and human resources productivity in university

In this Aim of study was investigated relationship between wages and human resources productivity. The design of this research was formed from all of educational staff and personnel in IAU 4 region branch with large degree that Mobarekeh & Felavarjan branch were this situation. The sample included 142 subjects (48 educational staff and 94 personnel) selected using stratified. Research instruments consisted of questionnaire and university financial documents during one period of five years. In order to analyze data, descriptive statistical methods as well as one variable T test, Tukey, fridman, Regression and correlation coefficient were used. The results indicated that wages has a positive correlation with human resources productivity.
