Law Pathology of Urban development projects from compilation to implementation

Acute Urbanism rules and regulations are essential and necessary for So the reform in field of Urbanism and Urban, development projects success planning regulations is one of the basic measurements in Urban development management. In other word some kind of organizational system is needed confirm and implementation of Urban projects with guidance and, for supply Urban projects could, management. Because of lack of this effective System not play a correct role in guidance and governance of the cities in Iran after, four decades from supply and implementation of this projects. In this paper the efficiency and comprehensiveness of current rules and regulations in Urban Plans and projects in order to solve Urban problems and required elasticity for Urban Planning is studied. It has investigated and analyzed law difficulties and Pathologic aspects of Urban projects too. Results show that Programms and projects have not been successful and could not, these Plans have an effective role in Urban development and upgrading the quality of life for citizens. These Urban regulations are not realistic and are not fit on These, So by time passing, s socio- economic status and conditions pٌeople problems have increased and complicated. The projects are mainly based on with artificial divisions and uniformity characteristics, quantitative development patterns. And there is not enough attention to localcharacteristics and needs and necessity of reformation and revision. Some approaches for improvement of Urban development Plans have been presented finally.
