Miscible gas injection simulation and Specification Minimum miscibility pressure in one of Iranian oil reservoirs

Implementing different enhanced oil recovery methods in Iran reservoir is one of the most important issue nowadays. In this essay, the effect of miscible gas injection to reservoir & also the factors that influence the reservoirs operation, such as gas–oil ratio, recovery factor, … will be studied by «Eclipse100, 300» simulator program. For this purpose, production scenario based on gas injection rate are designed & reservoir production simulated by miscible gas injection and also natural depletion and finally the results are analyzed carefully. In order to compare the results, comparison figures are draw with «Eclipse office» software. Finally with comparing miscible gas injection and natural depletion regarding oil production specified that the miscible injection scenario will have appropriate results in oil recovery.
