Ranking the Factors of Intelctual Capital (case studies of the libraries and information centers at some universities in Mazandaran and Golestan Provinces)

The aim of this paper was to rank the factors of intellectual capital in libraries and information centers of Mazandaran University, Mazandaran Medical Sciences University, Golestan University and Golestan Medical Sciences University. The study population included all the staff of the libraries and information centers of these universities. Data were collected through the distribution of a questionnaire among 174 academic staffs at the selected universities. The results of research show that Intellectual capital indicators in the above mentioned organizations are not at the same significance.
