Slave-girls: Social-legal situation in Mughul-Īlkhānān-'s period

Abstract:
It is necessary to investigate various stratums of Iranian society in past eras in order to know that society and the acts of its social groups. This knowledge wouldn’t accomplish unless paying attention to contemplate on slavery’s situation – such as Slave-girls and Servants who were dwelling in that society plentifully. “Did the mentioned Slave girls have any changeable social position?”, in order to answer to this question, this essay takes a look at the situation of such social groups on Mughul-Īlkhānān period and verifies the ways of the acquisition of Slave-girls, their situation and special affairs, their functions in Iranian society of that period, judicial laws and rules relevant to them, and their achievement to liberty.
