Investigating organizational equity perception among metro operators and identifying related factors among them

The aim of this study was to investigate perception of equity among metro operators in Tehran and to find related factors among them. In this study, 100 metro operators were selected through available sampling. For this purpose, Arjmandnia Equity Perception Questionnaire (AEPQ, 2009) was applied. Results of the study showed a significant relationship between equity perception and age of metro operators. However, in total, perception of equity was low among metro operators. Perception of equity can affect job satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to perception of equity especially among young operators.
