Abstract:
Generating organizations attempt to be informed of important factors which influence organization and management in attaining more effective and better performance and define the share of each factor and variable and use different mechanism for enhancement and dynamism of organization. So far many experts have introduced different mechanism and strategies for recognition and management of these factors. In this article with regard to thinkers viewpoints it is attempted to refer to main influencing factors. These factors include organization culture and values in one hand and training، education and human resource development in another hand. The mutual relations of these two specters of key and critical vital elements are reviewed and suitably defined. It is obvious that along with recognition and definition of these factors، how they interact and influence each other were reviewed and priorities and influencing levels were determined.
