Designing the Robust Multiple Objective Model of Multiple Sourcing: The Approach for Risk Reduction in Supply Chain (Case Study: Supply Chain of Iran Khodro)
Sourcing and order allocation to appropriate suppliers can significantly reduce costs of supply and increase the competitiveness of organizations. Furthermore in today turbulent environments, high speed of changes increase uncertainty in decision-making. In this research robust optimization approach is used to increase certainty in planning of supply of parts for two products of Iran Khodro Company. With considering high number of parts in any product, important parts selected for this survey. Model of supply for these parts in form a multi period multi objective linear programming model designed. With considering uncertainty some of parameters of model, these parameters in form interval considered. In order to remove worry about these parameters, model with help available techniques convert to robust model to have dependable solutions. Finally, the quality of solutions is analyzed by simulation technique.
