    This paper tries to address the impact of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on Central Asian security. This organization was established on April 26, 1996 to settle security and territorial disputes between China and Russia and Central Asian countries (other than Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan). After the accession of Uzbekistan to this assembly, the level of the organization was promoted, and its geographic scope has been expanded in the following years by the membership of new countries. Although significant changes have been made and economic issues have been raised in the process of developments in this regional security cooperation, this organization has paid attention to security-military disputes and problems. The main question of the paper is how does the Shanghai Cooperation Organization play a role in the Central Asia’s security? This paper fully addresses the impact of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on Central Asia, and the effects of this organization on the security and stability of Central Asia with the settlement of regional conflicts, such as fighting against terrorism, separatism and extremism, drug and arms trade, organizational crimes, concerns about insecurity and domestic instability, and in particular the occurrence of color revolutions in countries and confronting with American influence and unilateralism.

    Iran's Islamic revolution had so many effects on political, social, cultural and economic condi-tions of Shiites outside of Iran and caused a special formation of Muslims identity beliefs in the world, especially Shia Muslims. Islamic revolution was a turning point in the Saudi Shia movement to get their spoiled rights by governance structure in Saudi Arabia and helped Shia movements to revive and increase their influence in political and social arenas and led to dy-namic Shiite Islamic movements and relatively political open space which had been restricted by Saudi Arabia's rulers. The present study wants to answer to this question that; what are the effects of Iran's Islamic Revolution on Saudi Shiite socio- political situation? Islamic Revolu-tion as a phenomenon in the Middle East which was based on religious beliefs and democracy became a new management paradigm on the concept of resistance inside the notions of Shia and partially removed Saudi Shiite restrictions. At the conclusion of this paper we can see that, Is-lamic Revolution as a unique phenomenon had so many effects on the socio- political conditions of Shia in the region and also had special effects on campaign organizations in line with restora-tion of political and social identity of Shia communities in Saudi Arabian.

    The logical, scientific and realistic analysis of the new developments in Iraq, due to various in-dicators such as the power of Shiite currents, the existence of influential leaders and the pres-ence of foreign invaders, inevitably leads us to consider only the foreign invaders' perspective, here in this article. In fact, understanding Iraq's developments after Saddam will be a significant part of the future of the land, as the occupation's role in the fall of Saddam Hussein is a facilitat-ing factor of the new situation of Shiites in Iraq. After the invasion by coalition forces and dec-lination of Saddam's regime, the necessary conditions for the participation of all groups in Iraq's new political structure was provided. Groups opposing the Baathist regime previously estab-lished in Britain, USA, and Iran and returned to Iraq in order to participate in Iraq's new politi-cal structure. The Shiites seeking greater influence on the process of future developments in Iraq and did not show any resistance against the occupation. This research aims to investigate the interactive policy of the Shiites of Iraq against the occupiers.

    The present study aims to investigate the impact of the virtual news networks on political partic-ipation of Iranians in parliamentary election on 26 February 2016. The method of this paper is descriptive. The statistical population is political students of Islamic Azad University, South Tehran Branch, in undergraduate and postgraduate level in the academic year 2014-2015. The sample size was 148 students who are selected by cluster sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. In this paper, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to investigate the normal distribution of the main variables. Spss22 software was used to analyze the statistical data. The results indicate that virtual news networks can directly affect the evaluation of the individual, which is conducted by his relatives. Furthermore providing the facilities for virtual electoral activity affects voting behavior of students of political sciences from Tehran University, South branch.

    With the emergence of the phenomenon of "Arab revolutions", the Middle East has entered a new era. The investigation of the goals of the Arab revolutions requires their pathology. The developments of the Arab world, although occurred with the self-immolation of a young Tunisian and its widespread reflection in the global media, but these events origins returns to the previous years. These countries have a wide range of problems. It seems that the intellectual movements which have been occurred in the Middle East and the Muslim world in the last 100 years, have brought new demands and implica-tions into the peoples live of this part of the world that have been ignored by the ruling systems and eventually has led to the emergence of the "Arab Spring." These factors include economic crises such as unemployment, demographic and demographic changes in Arab countries, bribery being of gov-ernments and dependence on windfall wealth or foreign helps, widespread corruption among govern-ment officials and the gap between the poor and rich. On the one hand, however, another factor, along with the above issues, has deepened the legitimacy crisis and, on the other hand, has accelerated the process of changes and that is the globalization and expansion of Cyber space. In fact, under the influ-ence of the globalization of the access of Arab youth to the Internet, and in particular Social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter have been facilitated, and while creating cyber base challenged the legit-imacy of a system, and, on the other hand, They have brought the crisis of legitimacy, and in addition that planned their campaign communities and organizing. In this article, we will try to address the ex-ternal factors in the process of the Arabic countries democratization.

    Justice is one of the most important tendencies and interactions in human existence that sustains the human society. In addition, one of the fundamental concepts in the field of political theories that have been the first concern of humanity since the early days and the minds of many scholars have been in-volved in the concept of justice. Imam Khomeini and Sayyid Qutb are the major thinkers who have been involved in the theorizing in this field and according to their position; they have been implement-ing it in the community. These two great contemporary thinkers of Islam in the field of justice are known as influential figures. In this paper, it has been attempted to analyze and analyze the concept of justice in the political approach of the two major thinkers and philosophers of the Islamic world. The results of the study showed that: Imam Khomeini and Sayyid Qutb differ in the definition of justice, the importance of justice in their speeches and the areas of justice, and each has a special view in these fields.
