This research studied the relationship between family function and adolescents' identity. To this end, 320 high school students (160 boys and 160 girls) selected through a cluster random sampling from Mashhad city. The participants completed Family Assessment Device (Epstein, Baldwin, & Bishop, 1983) and Identity Dimensions Questionnaire (Rajaei, Khonezhad, & Shirazi, 1388). The data showed that individual identity has a positive relation with problem-solving and reponsiveness, and negative relation with behavior control and involvement. Also, academic identity has a positive relation with responsiveness and a negative relation with behavior control and involvement. The problem-solving and responsiveness components have positive relation with national and religious identity. The population of this research included all the staff (N= 54). Using stratifies random sampling, 48 (23 females and 25 males) were selected as the sample size according to the Morgan-Krejcie sample size table. This study was a descriptive one. For statistical analysis, the independent ttest has been used to compare the changing conditions of men and women as well as Kruskal-Wallis to compare changing conditions in assistance parts of organization. The instruments were two questionnaires: work ethic questionnaire derived from five-factor NEO questionnaire which included 47 items and productivity questionnaire which is a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 36 items. The overall results showed that work ethic and productivity among the staff have a significant correlation. This paper aimed to investigate the qualitative impact of emotional intelligence on the academic success of the students in Islamic Azad University Roudehen Branch. To this end, 408 students were selected using cluster random sampling from four faculties. They were junior and senior undergraduate students, both male and female (M= 137, F= 271), from faculties of Education and Counseling, Persian Literature and Foreign Languages, Social Sciences, and Economics and Accounting. The main instrument used in the study was Cyberia-Shrink EI questionnaire which contained 33 items all of which were based on Likert scales. Along with the questionnaire, there was a section that aimed at collecting demographic information like gender, field of study, and their Grade Point Averages (GPA). Using the Cronbach Coefficient alpha, the reliability of the instrument was calculated 0.76. The results of data analysis indicated that EI could have the predictive value to predict the academic achievement among students in the faculty of languages. Besides, EI failed to have predictive value to predict the academic achievement among students from the faculties of social sciences, economics and accounting, and education. It was interesting enough to conclude that out of five underlying construct of EI questionnaire only motivation had the predictive value to predict the academic achievement of the male students while among female students self-regulation could act as a significant predictor.
