Management can be effective in various fields, but it can achieve the expected great achievements when this management is accompanied by jihadi components if the manager leads the organization with a jihadist approach, in addition to financial, non -financial goals, .In this regard, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and components of jihadi management. The research method is mixed. The statistical population of this research includes the elites and experts of the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation. The selection of experts was done by purposeful sampling. 48 people who were eligible to participate in the study were considered as a sample. The required data were collected through a questionnaire tool. The hierarchical process is also used for ranking. There is meritocracy, work conscience, self-confidence), agreement and consensus. Ranking shows that the component of responsibility with the highest average rank is the most important component of jihadi management in order to implement the macro policies of the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation, followed by the second most important component. Has it. The component of self-confidence is in the third place and finally the component of work and double effort is in the last place of importance

Morality and lifestyle are the beating heart of culture in the school of Islam and monotheistic vision. In order to achieve the objective of social and Islamic systems, it is necessary to plan for lifestyle reform in accordance with the Islamic worldview. In fact, lifestyle modification makes possible the path of reform in social systems. Explaining and promoting the culture of life, quality of life and Islamic way of life is one of the important missions of seminaries, schools and universities. Therefore, lifestyle change must start from itself and elites and thinkers must be at the forefront of reform. They should take steps to eliminate some wrong habits that have become due to misuse of technology and superficiality of people and as a result tend to Western behaviors and try to transmit the value of Iranian Islamic style to the people of the country. In this article, first, by expressing the characteristics of lifestyle, it is shown that lifestyle modification is a suitable strategy for the realization of the Islamic educational system and Islamic educational sciences, then some of the plagues, strategies for lifestyle modification and change are examined.

This study, Conducted in order to Kbowing the Role of Jehadi Manegement to the Promotion of Employees Performance Effieciency in Emam Hosein University. The method conducted in this study is field research and library literature one. In terms of the way of conducting, it will be correlational research and in terms of the research purpose, it will be among applied researches According to a sample formula should be 306. Although jahadi management is based on Islamic principles, it is fundamentally wrong to think of it as Islamic management, because any kind of Islamic management does not become jahadi management. In2014, it was suggested that he take a different approach.The present study has dealt with the effect that jahadi management can have on the organizational performance of the staff of the Islamic Azad University.In terms of purpose, it is applied and in terms of descriptive survey method. The statistical population is the Islamic Azad University, which includes 30,000 university staff, which was randomly sampled due to its large size and population.379, were selected. Data collection is library and field.The required tools for collecting questionnaire information, the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for two variables of jahadi management(0.83)and organizational performance (0.79).SPSS and LISREL software;Research findings show that value orientation, jahadi spirit and adaptation have a significant and positive effect on jahadi management.
