    Assuming the key role of radio and television in the process of revitalizing Iranian-Islamic civilization, the present research aims to investigate the propellants and factors affecting this mission. The goal is to identify, rank and analyze the key factors that have an impact on the role of the national media in the path of revitalizing Iranian-Islamic civilization. The results of this research, which were conducted based on library studies and the use of Micmac software, indicate that among the 27 factors that generally affect the performance of radio and television in the path of reviving the Iranian-Islamic civilization, eleven propellants are key and very influential; This means that they have the ability to be controlled by the broadcasting authorities and can cause disturbances and changes in the functioning of the national media. "The approach of media managers and their level of awareness of civilizing content", "Strategy and strategic goals of the national media", "Expansion and coverage of social networks and virtual space", "The level of government financial support for radio and television" and "How the national media deals with factional issues" and political", are some of the most important drivers.

    Aim

    The author of this article seeks to find answers to these questions: What effect do western visual media have on the direction of public opinion about Islam? And what direction will these directions take in the future? What kind of image of Islam and its contents will the western media present in the future to advance their imperialist and hegemonic goals? Research

    methodology

    This research has used the prospective research method. The prospective approach is one of the best ways to reduce the losses caused by the unpredictability of what will happen in the future. Research

    findings

    Using the ideas of the elites and with the approach of analyzing the mutual influence of the two drivers of the American national security doctrine and globalization and the two axes of uncertainty, four scenario spaces were created. The first space is oppositionalism-assimilation; the second space is compromise-cultural assimilation, the third space is compromise-pluralism, and the fourth space is oppositionalism-pluralism.

    Result

    The research showed that the drivers of the American national security doctrine, the terrorist activities of extremist groups, the increase in the Muslim population, globalization, the economic power and Jewish investors of Hollywood, and the expansion of communication and image technology are the key drivers that affect the procedure of Hollywood's future activities in representing of Islam.

    According to the foundations of the Islamic Revolution, as well as the statements of Imam Khomeini (RA), the guidelines of the Supreme Leader and the laws and regulations related to Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, the necessity of coordination and adaptation of the programs of this influential and comprehensive media to Islamic thought and values is not hidden from anyone. But now, thinkers and theologians criticize the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting programs and consider them in some cases heterogeneous and sometimes in conflict with Islamic principles and values. This article seeks to identify and analyze the inconsistencies between Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting programs and Islamic beliefs and ethics, as well as discover solutions for correcting it, from the viewpoint of religious and media experts. In the theoretical framework of this research, the main theories in the field of religion and media are used, and the method used is the qualitative technique of in-depth interviews with thinkers in this field. In this way, detailed interviews have been conducted with 12 professors and experts in the field of religion and media. From their viewpoint, a series of heterogeneity between television programs in 4 main axes of media functions, have been extracted and corrective solutions have been proposed according to each of them. These axes: education; news and informing; entertainment; and guidance and proselytism. In addition to the aforementioned 4 axes and in the process of discussion, heterogeneity and solutions in two important and effective fields in the research subject, namely humanities and media management, were noticed by the interviewees, and the results obtained in it are also presented separately. Finally, the author's summary of the research is given as a result, which he hopes will be used by thinkers, managers and media planners.

    One of the important missions of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting is producing religious and moral programs and portray the presence of religion and morality in all aspects of life. To achieve such a goal, precision, deep thinking and reflection on religious foundations and designing, engineering and correct management of the message from the perspective of Islamic foundations are necessary. Therefore, in this article, an attempt has been made to state the requirements and prerequisites related to before producing, producing and broadcasting of the ethical dialog-oriented programs of the national media. The method to achieve this goal is a qualitative study. In this method, on the one hand, religious sources in the field of Islamic ethics and documents and media researches are examined, and on the other hand, while interviewing experts and managers and program makers in the field of religion and media, and based on thematic analysis method, the topics are coded and then the strategies, policies and requirements for the producing ethical programs are extracted and organized, so that from the totality of it, one can get a vision about it. From all the discussions, it can be concluded that in the designing and producing of ethical dialogue-oriented programs of the national media, the strategy, policy, criteria, structure, requirements and prerequisites all need to be reviewed. In addition, elements such as production factors, presenter, expert, research, audience, broadcast time and generally the production process of "pre-producing, producing and broadcasting" have been examined and the requirements of each have been explained.

    Conducted using a qualitative method, this article, aims to deal with the politics of the National Media in broadcasting the mourning of Imam Hossein (AS) during Muharram. Aiming at gathering information, the author has also conducted in-depth interviews with specialists in the producing of religious programs, custodians of mourning ceremonies, and directors of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting teachings groups. For his conceptual framework, the author, have benefited from the viewpoints of contemporary religious scholars, Imam Khomeini (RA), Master Martyr Morteza Motahari (RA) and Ayatollah Khamenei. These reviews include the content and form dimensions of these mourning. In the media aspect, besides examining the convergence of modern mass media and traditional media, he has used the theory of commodity fetishism. The results of the research show that currently, the rhetorical and emotional dimension of mourning (passion) prevails over its epistemic dimension (intelligence). The message-engineering should be done, so that intelligence (speech) and passion (ritual chest-beating) can be seen together in the peak days of mourning. In addition, it is appropriate to do more detailed planning and evaluating for the producing and broadcasting of Muharram mourning rituals.
