Language and the power of speech is not the only manner by which communication with others can occur, rather a large percentage of messages – intentionally or unintentionally – are delivered to others via the physical movements of body parts and behaviors, which are called body language. These messages which are delivered by body language are more profound, impactful, and clearer than those delivered via speech. On various and different occasions throughout his leadership, Imam Khamenei has shown to be well-acquainted and skilled in using body language. Further, one of the theories of identity within psychology claims that the movements and behaviors of a person conform to their identity and personality. Subsequently, this research aims to introduce the scholarly and Qur’ānic personality of Imam Khamenei. It has been conducted qualitatively, using a descriptive-analytical method to identify the Qur’ānic foundations for the show of authority that he has displayed in his body language in numerous instances.     The findings of this research indicate that the authoritative body language displayed by him in his meeting with government officials, observing military parades, and other such occasions, such as the taking of the Iranian-made Corona vaccine, is based on the uplifting and self-enriching decrees of the Glorious Qur’ān.

Safeguarding the sanctity of sacred things, including the Holy Qur’ān, has been regarded as an established principle throughout history. Today, as a result of the spread of mass media, the said principle has faced countless attacks, such as burning. In the meantime, it is important to examine the relationship between the ‘Verse of Preservation,’ which indicates that God is responsible for protecting the Qur’ān based on the statements of Imam Khamenei and its burning by the enemies of the truth. The purpose of the present research is to find a response to the question of whether God can prevent this act and whether the preservation of the Qur’ān by God is related to which layer?     The findings of the research -using the descriptive-analytical method based on library sources- explain this important point that God, according to the statements of His Eminence, in addition to notifying the people of being responsible for the preservation of the Qur’ān and punishing its opponents on the Day of Judgment, He is the only One responsible for the protection of its authority and the preservation of its truths among the people. The import of the ‘Verse of Preservation’ does not imply that the opponents would be incapable of burning the hardcopy of the Qur’ān and the like.

This study aims to explore the portrayal of nature in the Quran and the Bible, examining its characteristics, functions, and man’s relationship with it comparatively with an Emphasis on the Perspectives of Imam Khamenei. Both holy texts reveal that all objects and living beings celebrate God’s praise (tasbīḥ), certain lands, like Mecca and Jerusalem, are blessed and distinguished, and the creation of the earth and heaven is purposeful. Additionally, they underscore that human sin can have an impact on nature and that disobedience of divine laws will result in unpleasant consequences. The Quran and the Bible also promise rewards for the righteous who remain steadfast in their faith, as they are declared the inheritors of the earth in this life and the afterlife. As a vicegerent of God, man is responsible for caring for nature and other creatures. This research reveals that nature is sacred and should be treated with respect and care, as it is a divine tool that can serve as a rewarding or punishing instrument by man’s deeds. Those who wish to pave the way for the just rule of the righteous and revive nature and spiritual life should cultivate faith, wisdom, and righteous deeds, and strive to improve their surroundings through knowledge and labor. The key to resolving the current environmental issues lies in embracing the religious teachings found in the Quran and the Bible.

The mubāhala (mutual imprecation) is one of Islam’s most important and honorable events, meaning praying and supplicating to God with sincerity and complete attention. If two individuals or groups pray against each other to God, it means cursing. It is the title of a significant event in the early days of Islam, which took place between the Prophet of Islam and the Christians of Najran. One of the primary goals of mubāhala is to prove the prophethood of Muhammad and the vicegerency of Ali, as well as the virtues and superiority of the Ahl al-Bayt (People of the House). Imam Khamenei has expressed many important points and insights about mubāhala and the relevant Quranic verse on various occasions. The results of the research show that mubāhala is of great importance from the viewpoint of Imam Khamenei and can be considered important evidence for the unity of God, prophethood, vicegerency, and the virtues of the Ahl al-Bayt. The method used in this article is descriptive-analytical and the data is collected through library research.

Sports are among the physical needs that have allocated a part of human life to themselves and eliminate laziness and lethargy. This human activity, like other behaviors, can be adorned with good ethics or accompanied by inappropriate ethics. The Holy Quran and the hadiths of the infallibles have addressed the ethical requirements of sports in the direction of guidance and upbringing. Imam Khamenei has also emphasized the importance of ethics and adherence to Islamic ethics in life, especially in sports, in various statements, including the Statement of the Second Step of the Islamic Revolution. The inference from the statements of the leader of the Islamic Revolution and the description and analysis of his words show that he insists on sincerity and humility towards others in sports and advises athletes to rely on God Almighty and pray and resort to spirituality and patriotism. He asks athletes to use their social position, popularity, and physical strength to serve people.
