The approach of Amir Almomenin provides a practical way for the managers and all who are interested in Islamic management.The description of these methods can provide patterns which can explain the Islamic management. Observations over brokers and audition over their financials and properties, the selection of brokers, the communication between the managers and people, importance of the existence of administrative system, behavioral methods towards employees are the concepts which Amir Almomenin has discussed about.

Time management is one of the most important arguments of management and those who are specialist in this field has mentioned some principles of this subject.Islaam also has a special attitude twords time managing and recommends its followers to avoid vasting time and try to recognize the priorities fromorder to maintain God’s satisfaction in this world and the hereafter.In this paper we try to rewie Imam Ali’s sayings in order to show the perfectness of our religion.

The concept of sound administration is a reaction to bureaucratic corruption which menaces the soundness of administrative life through its various aspects and influences. Besides, it is emphasized that to fight against corruption, its motivation must be removed and a comprehensive approach must be taken.In the comprehensive pattern of sound administration in the light of Nahj-ol-Balaghah, the necessity of meritocracy, accountability, preserving public properties, excellence of human resources, ruling of law and observing treaties, keeping relation with the public, being open to criticisms, and particularly frankness and transparency are all emphasized.

The prominence of Islam among other religions is the everlasting and completeness of its laws and rules. This innovation in human society and Islamic management is another special characteristic of Islam. The concentration on the destiny of the society and managing methods, related laws and rules, and the necessary conditions for the operators are the main topics of this holy religion.The necessity of regime existence, management of the human society, in general and specifically in Islamic society are the main points of philosophy and Islamic thoughts.

The subject is to over view one of the important shared concepts of upbringing and management in Amir Almomenin’s managing methods with the help of his words. We think that humanist is a fundamental task in the thoughts, words, and manners of Imam Ali. But we should explain these terms according to the examples and witnesses in Nahj Al balaghah.What is going to be studied in this article is a very small part of Imam words in a field of economical management in Islamic society. The examples of his words which are used by the writer are pointing to a small part of economical managements, the tax.The writer has used Nahj Al balaghah as a document, which its documentary is accepted as a hypothesis, and according to the writer’s understanding from this text, he is classifying some notes which the sum up of all these show the humanist management of Imam Ali.

This article has been written due to getting familiar with commandment, managing and ruling thoughts of Imam Ali and thinking about them, spread of knowledge, thoughts and military views of Imam and also utilizing his thoughts that is descriptive due to its practical point of view and collection of the data, and the library references are used for collecting the data.Due to this aim, the researcher has revealed some commandment, managing and ruling thoughts of Imam Ali with pointing to the set up of right in war and fight, keeping the secrets of the war, insight, martyrdom, enemy acknowledgment, obeying the commander, discipline and systems, stability of justice, anti oppression which all are from the characteristics of a commander.The result of the research indicate that the knowledge and correct understanding of commandment thoughts, military management and rules of Imam Ali are very important and causes the increase in the spirit of self belief within consolidation and spread of the military strength and has an important role in consciousness, insight and resistance of the military and Imam Ali’s followers against the devil forces and the inside and outside enemies, the invaders and hegemonic.
