Legislative power is a body of persons having the power to legislate, specifically an organized body having the authority to make laws for a political unit. Parliament is the supreme legislative body of a usually major political unit that is a continuing institution comprising a series of individual assemblages. In addition to the parliamentary type of legislature found in parliamentary systems, there is a different type of legislature, which is called "congress". The use of congress to denote legislatures within separation-of-powers systems in general is justified by the policy-making focus of the primary activities they tend to pursue as well as the increased likelihood of a more conflictual relationship with the executive branch when compared to fused-power systems. But the political globalization has made invalid the majority of current many political sociological paradigms. Because many political sociological theories have orientation, to nation-state therefore it seems that they are not tenable in political globalization age. Karl Marx’s discourse, however gives covers many aspects of the globalization era. Since in his opinion political conflict has world dimensions and the nation-state, institution is a artificial project. Political sociology is more compatible than, that of Max Weber’s, at the present time.
