Patient satisfaction is one of the sensitive indicators in determining the effectiveness of service rendered in hospitals. The study focus on comparing the health care services of two cardiology based corporate hospitals in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. The data for the study was collected through a questionnaire consisting of two sections. An attempt has been made to elicit the information on socio-economic background such as age, sex, education, nativity, profession, income of the patients to assess the background of the patient. The satisfaction levels of the patients like admission process, comfort facet, information on food facilities, level of care taken by the concerned, working of business office and discharge procedures are measured. The instrument is tested for its reliability and validity. The collected data is analyzed by applying descriptive and inferential statistical techniques such as means, standard deviations and ANOVA-one way tests for testing the hypothesis that the perceptions of patients are indistinguishable with respect to the performance indicators. It is concluded that the perceptions of the patients on the performance in two hospitals are not significantly varying.

An enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is needed for industries and companies that want to develop in future. Many of the manufactures and companies have a problem with ERP software selection. An inappropriate selection process can affect both the implementation and the performance of the company significantly. Although several models are proposed to solve this problem many of them did not consider uncertainty as an effective environmental factor. In the current paper a new model is designed. This model is based on balanced score card (BSC) and in addition, uncertainty is considered. This paper used three-parameter interval grey numbers concept that derived from Grey-theory in order to reduce uncertainty. Beside, hybrid model for weighting based on Shapley and Entropy methods are used. This combination approach is also because of reducing uncertainty. And at the end, a new method named projection attribute function method is used for ranking. There is a case study at the end of this paper that shows how this model works.

The main objective of this study is to find out if organizational characteristics intervene in the relationship between CRM and organizational performance in the Nigerian insurance industry. Relevant literature was reviewed and a model consisting of fourteen variables was conceptualized and tested by means of empirical data collected through a questionnaire. A total of one hundred and eighty (180) copies of questionnaires were administered, one hundred and forty nine (149) copies were duly completed and returned. This represents a response rate of 82.78%. Partial correlation was used to test the hypothesis. Findings show that organizational characteristics (companies’ image and branch network) intervene in the relationship between CRM and organizational performance in the Nigerian insurance industry. The study also shows that the strength of the intervention of companies’ image is stronger than that of branch network. The study recommended that insurance companies should pay attention to their companies’ image and branch network as these constitutes the ‘tangibles’ which customers can use to judge the likely performance of the organization.

Electronic waste or E-waste is relatively a novel addition to the ever-growing hazardous waste stream. It includes discarded electronic and electrical equipment. Developing countries face enormous challenges which are related to the generation and management of E-waste which are either internally generated or imported illegally; India is no exception. However, the existing management practices related to E-waste in India are reasonably poor and have the potential to risk both human health and the environment. Moreover, the policy level initiatives are not being implemented appropriately. The present paper focuses on the austere problem of E-waste along with its policy level implications. During the course of the study it has been found that there is an urgent need to address the issues related to E-waste in India in order to avoid its detrimental future consequences.

    Introduction
human resource plays a very important role in the success or failure of a company. The weakness in conclusion of criteria of model EFQM (Employee''s criteria and results) using FAHP method (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process) will be discussed here as Iranian organizations are usually weak in their results field.
    Method
the present study is an applied research. Procedure of doing this study was carried out in six main steps: in the first step, a questionnaire was distributed in a two- time sections, initial and final, among experts. In the second step, a graphic display of the subject is in form of hierarchy in which purpose, criteria and sub criteria are shown. In the third step, the obtained data from the experts was converted to pair matrix. In the forth step, incompatibility is calculated. In the fifth step, relative weight of criteria and sub criteria was measured and in the last step, final weight of criteria and sub criteria was measured.
    Findings
sub criteria of human resources which most affect the lack of proper conclusion for employees'' criteria of results in model EFQM are as follow: Lack of proper assignment Decrease in attention and applying good knowledge management Low consideration to motivational systems proportioned to employee''s groups Weakness in beliefs and support by superior management systems and performance management The most effective sub criteria of employee''s results are: Weakness in measurement of motivational indices Lack of sufficient attempts to absorb trust of employees toward the organization (social capital)
    Results
Employees’ criterion influences the lack of proper conclusion of employees’ results in EFQM more than Employee''s results criterion.

Using a multivariate analysis, we find evidence that ownership concentration, the CEO’s duality function, and good news have some impact on the interim period between the auditors’ signature dates and the publication dates, hence, on the timeliness of the release of financial statement information to the public.

Decision making and problem solving are especially important skills for business and life. As an innovation leading corporate, Sony has gradually lost their superiority in innovation and core competences under more and more intensive competition environment. This report is made to investigate Sony current procedure on its solving problems and making decision, analyze approaches and tools used by Sony, and identify best solutions and opportunity of improvement by review the impact of success. As part of my research study, the key areas of a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) -analysis has been performed for Sony’s chosen model (Plan–Do–Check–Act Cycle- PDCA Cycle), analyze and review the findings of PDCA Cycle is adapted by Sony. A comparative analysis has then been made in order to distinguish differences and similarities between the PDCA Cycle; Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) model and 8D models. The report is also support me to suggest my recommendation model (8D model) by findings and comparative results. Finally, I will introduce a strategy that to ensure my recommendation model can be acted and implemented against Sony’s problems in future.
