In a general view, the goal of the overall quality system is to involve all employees of the organization from top management to the lowest level of the organization to satisfy customers by providing the best services. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between total quality management and organizational commitment and accountability of Urmia police headquarters. The research method is descriptive and correlational and its statistical population is all education staff in the Suma region of Urmia city, 130 people, of which 96 people were selected using Morgan table as a sample. Cluster random method was used to distribute the questionnaires. In order to collect research data, 3 standard questionnaires of total quality management based on Moghimi model (2009), organizational commitment questionnaire based on Alan Meyer model (1991) and Bowens accountability questionnaire (2005) have been used. The questionnaires were: 0.91, 0.87, and 0.86, respectively. Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (such as Manova analysis, F-test, and independent T-test) were used to analyze the data. The general results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of total quality management with organizational commitment and employee accountability. Therefore, it can be strongly stated that TQM plays an important role in increasing and improving organizational commitment and employee accountability
