Anatomical sciences are considered as the foundation of the medical education. Previously, the anatomy in medical educational environments was based on the lecture presentation and corpus dissection. Then, the newer protocols, such as teaching methods using human models, imaging, simulation, and internet-based webinars, were widely used in academic schools. In this era, the medical curriculums focused less on corpse dissection. Medical learning in the field of anatomy was basically based on the traditional approaches and presentation-based learning using the students under the teacher’s supervision. The teacher, as the class manager, can design the curriculum contents using clinical applications along with knowledge assessment. This procedure can be achieved through planning for the future and the plans ensuring the persistent development of anatomy as a relevant clinical subject in any medical curriculum.

Neurulation, as the formation of the basis of the nervous system, is the earliest and crucial stage of embryonic development, affecting the development of other parts of the embryonic body. During neurulation, the neural plate is formed through morphological changes. At the end of this stage, the neural tube is established and the central nervous system could be formed in the future. Although this embryonic process occurs morphologically, the precise study of nervous system evolution can be considered by different gene mutations in rodent embryos. Genetic assessments of embryos can finally cause the accurate discovery of the role of genes in embryo development, the stages of nervous system development, and possible associated diseases. Explanation of new findings in the field of neurulation with emphasis on genetics can be helpful in future embryonic studies, abnormalities, and treatments. Thus, the study of neural plate formation can play an important role in increasing the insight of embryological researchers in this field. In this review article, we aimed to collect basic embryonic data in rodent neurulation to provide important information for more laboratory investigations in this field.

Non‑healing diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is one of the main complications in diabetic patients. This case reported a 65-year-old male with a neuropathic ulcer in the right foot came to Ahwaz Wound Clinic after the wound had not healed with routine treatments. In addition to the routine treatment program, we used tropical ozone therapy and autohemotherapy (blood ozone therapy) for 2 months. Zinc supplementation (50 mg) was also administered daily during the treatment. The DFU was clearly healed with diminishing inflammation and wound closing, and there were no side effects. Additionally, the C‑reactive protein level was obviously decreased during the treatment indicating effective suppression of infection. This way indicates a helpful new intervention approach to the treatment of DFU.

Curriculum management is essential for improving the quality of educational programs in healthcare. The structure of curriculum must be customized according to the scientific needs and requirements. Hence the present study aims to evaluate the Curricula of basic medical sciences from the experts point of views.

    Materials and Methods

In the study a combination of exploratory and Delphi research methods was used. At first, based on detailed studying of theoretical foundations, we extracted the first round of Delphi questions and provided them for the expert group. Using content analysis, the codes, categories, and finally, items were extracted. The items obtained were scored in a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and then analyzed using descriptive statistics and Interquartile Range (IQR) metric.

    Results

According to the data extracted, the expert group identified the content of basic sciences curricula in Ilam University of Medical Sciences under the following categories: Content with low-level comprehensiveness, out-of-date content, content with low-level of practical application, bulky content, and content having a weak relationship with the objectives of the curriculum.

    Conclusion

Based on the research, the most significant problems of the basic sciences curricula were the low agreement of the content with educational objectives, low-level comprehensiveness, and finally, low-level practical application.

Science and technology parks are established to develop a knowledge-based economy since they play a significant role in developing the ecosystem of innovation. In the last two decades, we are witnessing a quantitative surge of science and technology parks in Iran, Now, we need to improve and develop the quality of this important player in the ecosystem of innovation. From the perspective of 1404, a significant contribution is considered for the knowledge-based economy in the national GDP. Currently, this share is very insignificant; less than one percent. The main goal of this research is to design an excellent model of science and technology parks in Iran with the aim of developing the role of companies based in the knowledge-based economy. The present study, using a qualitative approach and relying on symbolic interpretative philosophy, seeks to extract the essence of the excellence model of science and technology parks in Iran. In this regard, the grounded theory strategy has been used to explain the theory's induction. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 21 academic and executive experts in the innovation ecosystem and through theoretical sampling until the theoretical saturation point was acheived. The results of the research show that science and technology parks in Iran have the most characteristics of the first and second generation parks, and to excel, they should move towards developing the features of the third and fourth generation (features such as improving the welfare of local communities, having professional management teams, shaping the knowledge city, special innovation zones and digital parks).

    Introduction

One of the common problems in contemporary world is addiction and its side effects. Dependency and addiction due to drug consumption is a chronic disorder which is followed by cultural, psychological, social, and spiritual effects. The aim of the present research was comparing behavioral-cerebral systems with alexithymia among addictive and normal people.

    Materials and methods

The statistical population was all referred people to therapy centers of addiction in Ilam among which 40 cases were selected by accessible methods and also 40 cases of normal people without addiction background were selected based on their age, gender, education level, and married conditions by homogeneity procedure. Research method was comparative. Questionnaire of characterization by Wilson and questionnaire of Alexithymia by Toronto were used as research instrument to collect the data. Also, SPSS software and multi variable analysis were used to analysis the collected data.

    Results

The findings showed that activated systems of behavior and fight-flight in people with addiction background  was more than normal people, while behavioral deterrent system activities in normal people was more than people with addiction background (P<0.001).  Also the mean scores of Alexithymia in people with addiction background was significantly more than that of normal people (P>0.001).

    Conclusion

So, by identifying people that their behavioral activating system is more active than that of normal ones the risky group can be determined and then they can be benefited from behavioral and educational programs to be prevented from the likelihood of addiction in these groups. Also, cultivating capabilities of control and emotion regulation helps to prevent addiction and also helps people to adopt with changes and stress factors.
