The components of an ideal Management in the Promised world Government

Abstract:
Management as one of the pillars of the human system, on the one hand, is old in terms of subject and civilization, and the other hand, is raised in religions. the Age of Apocalypse, and Appearance is one of unknown dimensions in the management value system. Government and the government promised in the Apocalypse and its components, especially the Shia school of Islamic system is considered important. In this paper, it is attempted to argue for the emergence of new management model and derive a conceptual model of Hazrat Imam Mahdi management citing verses and hadiths. Also, this articles offers an initial discussion on monitoring of changes and developments rooted in the world today and the future, which includes the issue of reform, justice, economic programs, education, judgment, cooperation, and the important topic of changes in the government that have been promised by religious scholars. This article covers the main Executive management, behavioral, legal, economic and social components and provides a new outlook to government based on hadith and tradition and interpretations, based on which patterns for presence of the Imam can be realized.
