Crdiorespiratory arrest during cervical spinal cord tumor operation: a case report

Abstract:
Spinal cord lesions can occur due to various reasons and in different parts of the spinal cord. Depending upon the site of spinal cord lesion, it can produce different clinical presentations for the patient. Thus important strategies are required during the perioperative period to prevent cardio-pulmonary arrest in these patients. The case is a 48 year old woman who developed a cardio-pulmonary arrest during surgical removal of a spinal cord tumor.
