Citizenship Rights in The Process of Iran Criminal Justice

Abstract:
Since police and judicial system in Iran are more engaged than other organizations with citizens’ rights, the author tried to explore the responsibilities of the two institutions regarding citizenship rights. The main questions of the present research is: «What is the relationship between citizenship rights and the responsibilities of police and judges?». The hypothesis of the research is: «There is a significant relationship between citizenship rights and the responsibilities of police and judges». The findings of the study demonstrated that the realization of citizenship rights calls for benefitting from the right of respect, equality, freedom, comfort, security, knowledge, and advancement for any single person living in the society. The findings also showed that there are large capacities for defending victims in our constitutional law.
