Inheritance law for women

In order to clarify Islam's position of women's inheritance, the writer has stated a historical selection and its changes through ages. He has studied this subject in some Jewish rites and the laws of Rome, Greece, India, china, Iran, Egypt and Arabs in the time of Ignorance. Then, he represents the laws of France that are the most updated ones. He studies the basis of inheritance's law in Islam and tries to dispel the doubts posed in this area up to now.
