Investigation of Academic Staffs Recruitment Indices Using ELECTRE Algorithm
Human is faces to uncertainty and doubtful which arises from limitation about world and comprehension and reasoning power. Multi criteria decision making are as methods to increase confidence and decrease uncertainty resulting decision makers judgments and adequate information. Minimum regret is one of the considering indices in the decision making matrix over uncertainty. The purpose of this study was investigation of recruiting academic staffs considering minimum regret indices. This means that these indices contain the least risk in academic staffs’ selection. To this aim، main indicators affecting academic staffs’ selection in the University of Isfahan have been determined. Considering indices have been categorized in three levels involving educational، research and social indices. To rank indices، ELECTRE algorithm has been applied. Results indicated that indices of educational manner، teaching ability and educational resume were most affecting indices to recruit academic staffs while these indices are with minimum regret and high confidence.
