Evaluation Criteria for Mate Selection Preferences From Perspective of Boys & Girl's Students, in Razi University

The present study aims to evaluate criteria for mate selection preferences from the perspective of students, boys &girls in Razi University The method is descriptive- analyses. The statistical community of this study included students, boys &girls of Razi University in 1385. The sample of the research is 360 persons (180 boys and 180 girls) who are selected using a statistical formula. Data Collection tool is well-arranged questionnaire. Beside consulting with faculty experts to determine research tools, the questionnaire is adapted to theoretical frame work for research. Crohn's alpha of bach method is used to determine the reliability of study. In order to describe the data, descriptive statistics (percent, abundance, average, standard deviation) are used and to test the hypothesis, T Parameter test is used for two independent groups. The first priority for mate selection in boys and girls is faith and belief. The second priority for mate selection preferences from the perspective of boys is think health, while girls consider it as their fifth priority. The author of the article concludes a significant difference between boys &girls students in their prioritizing and criteria on selecting their desired spouse.
