Using Strategies of Women in Early Islam as a Model for Islamic Awakening

In the present study the term “Islamic awakening” is analyzed and the concept of strategy is reread. Also considerable effort is made to highlight the role of the strategy employed by women in the early Islam, and underline the importance of this strategy as a model for the political participation and stance of Muslim women today. Furthermore, the main components of this strategy, such as vilayat, patience and resistance in military, defensive, cultural and political areas, are highlighted and some patterns, models and strategies are offered with the aim of activating and increasing the active role of women in Islamic awakening.
