The Plan to Achieve a Baseej Organization With Tens of Millions of Members

The new title” Baseej with tens of millions of members” was introduced by the supreme leader of Iran in the first half of 2008, to replace the title of “the army of 20 millions” and was approved by the parliament in the 5th national dere lopment plan. It is necessary to provide plans and programs to realize this idea so that through? relevant factors, we can be able to create a situation where volunteering for membership in Baseej on the basis of true believing in its ideals will be attaired. In this research, we analysed the dimensions, vectors and statements of the conceptual model after verifying them on the basis of a total alpha of 79 percent, using different statistical methods (descriptive-analytic and measuring), and achieved a confirmation of their internal compatibility. The scale of interactions various dimensions and vectors، as well as ranking of their importance for realization of this idea and their direct and significant relation with it has been proven and a model for it presented.
