The Effect of Service Trainings on the Islamic Azad University Personnel's Empowerment

Abstract:
The study aims to investigate the effect of service trainings on empowerment of Islamic Azad University (Administrative and Financial Department of Central Organization)’s personnel. For this purpose, 100 personnel had been chosen among 418 ones from administrative and financial department of central organization by using classified sampling method with regard to the size. This is applied research and the descriptive-experimental method had been used. The data collection measure was a questionnaire including 42 items. Each of the questions investigates specific dimensions of personnel empowerment, which were variables of each of research hypothesis. The reliability of the questionnaire had been estimated %95 by Cronbach alpha. The validity of questionnaire is content validity, had been verified by professor’s opinions and five university experts. The SPSS software had been used for data analysis in descriptive and inferential statistics. So, six hypotheses had been investigated. The results in personnel’s view indicate that there is significance relationship among service trainings and their empowerment.
