Investigating of strategic thought of Department heads of Islamic azad universities of area 10

The present study aims was investigating the amount of usage of strategic thought of department heads of Islamic Azad Universities of area 10. Based on Morgan and Jersey’s table 96 sample data was randomly selected among 128 statistical populations. A researcher-made questionnaire with reliability which was examined by Cronbach’s Alpha (α=0.95) was used. In order to analyzing the data a test of T and F was employed. The results showed that the knowledge and information of strategic planning of department heads of Islamic Azad University is so high. Moreover, it was found that there is significant difference in the use of knowledge and awareness of strategic planning among department heads of area 10 based on the degree of education and faculties division. However, it was revealed that there is no significant difference in terms of knowledge and awareness of strategic planning of department heads based on scientific titles and gender.
