The validity and the reliability of the questionnaire were tested and approved for the study. The statistical techniques of t-test, and ANOVA were used.Comparing the computed means of the five styles showed that the compromising style was mostly used by the principals. The styles of Integrating, Obliging, Dominating and Avoiding were less used respectively. It also showed that there was a significant relationship between seniority, income, and the use of conflict management style of Integrating and Obliging. There was a significant difference between principal's sex and the use of five conflict management styles. It can be concluded that principals need to consider both side's views of the conflict and select a style that have positive results for both sides.
