Integrated model of knowledge creation in police organizations

Context and Due to the unavoidable role of new knowledge in survival and growth of organization, sometimes the created knowledge becomes very important than the available knowledge. The objective of this study is to design a new police knowledge production model in IRI Police Force. The method of this study is exploratory mixed design. The statistical population of this study consists of experts and members of academic board and police experts. The sampling group including 176 persons has been selected through simple random method by means of Cochrane’s sample size determination formula. To collect the data, a questionnaire that the reliability and validity thereof was certified, distributed among them and after collection were analyzed by means of factorial analysis and correlation.Findings and The summary of results indicates that a significant and direct relationship exists between enablers’ technology, knowledge management processes and knowledge management facilitators, and new knowledge production. The innovation of extant study is investigation of knowledge management enablers and facilitators effectiveness mode on knowledge management processes and new police knowledge production.
