Strategic management and stable development of Pars Special Economy Energy Zone with emphasize on key processes

This research uses library method and qualitative-survey interviews with experts and questionnaires to evaluate the stability of the development in Pars Special Economy Energy Zone. The findings show that development, as an ability to use regional and national assets, should be aimed toward a managerial organization, namely software, hardware, human resources skills, technology, and higher management, to decrease startup time of phases as a strategic advantage, and to prevent unequal overdraft of the regional competitor.
