Provide a Model for Improving the Quality of Supply Chain Management Utilizing the Capabilities of Information Technology

The increasing development of information technology has changed the face of the industry and can help in improving supply chain management is applying. This paper aims to provide a model for supply chain management to improve quality factors in deciding the use of information technology with emphasis on the importance of rapid and accurate flow of information technology and information systems applicable in the supply chain and its effects are studied. The results showed that the quality of supply chain management, information technology adoption strategies are necessary and factors such as firm size, firm success rates, and uncertainty of the verification firm pressure, active partners and senior managers to support depend but not sufficient condition for the application without planning it can also provide grounds for failure. In this regard, careful planning and sufficient condition for the specified model (model presented at study conclusion) and implement it in stages using tools and information systems for the rapid transfer and accurate information, promote collaboration both internally and externally, decrease the bullwhip effect, improving accountability and the development of marketing and sales channels and the effects of such cooperation, strategic business development and expedite the process, operations and supply chain cycle, it will follow the quality management.
