The Analysis of Urban District spatial structure based on Community Sustainable Development (Case study: Darabad)

During last decades, progressive migration to cities has provided the context of alteration in different dimension of spatial structure in urban neighborhoods. From social dimension it has resulted in the formation of neighborhoods cultural, ethnic and communal variation. So, social formation of integrated neighborhoods faced difficulty. Sustainable social oriented development is one of the main dimensions of Sustainable development that actual attention to physical and spiritual demands and human munificence of individuals can be one of the most important characteristic of it. Public participation and people oriented management, genesis and reinforcement of social capitals and their persuasion in rectitude of sustainability is one of the main aims of it. So, one of its important necessities is acceptance of all people and their cultural variation from the urban managers and people themselves. In this paper, that is about spatial structure of Darabad district, by stressing the important role of human being in development in different dimensions, we have tried to recognize situation of neighborhood based on existence of present cultural – ethnic and economic groups. It offers guidelines relying on acceptance of cultural variation and creation and permanency social assets in order to create consensus and solidarity between inhabitants.
