Analyzing the relationship of Administrative automated level with organizational effectiveness

Observing more complexity in organization working life has become inevitable. In addition, population growth, needs, and clients expectations have led organizations to automate their working systems and procedures. This study concentrated on two different types of organizations which utilized different systems and means of work operations: progressive and automated means of operations as opposed to mechanical and /or traditional means of work implementation and performance. Testing hypotheses and research findings gathered from four different types of organizations indicated that organizations which utilize information technology and better Administrative automation meet their predetermined goals and objectives more effectively and significantly.
