SYMBOLISM IN CONTEMPORARY FRENCH AND PERSIAN POETRY

The present article studies and analyzes the symbolism. Although this research is not based on pure comparison or contrast but the researcher has paid attention to the different socio-cultural conditions as well as structures and content of their symbolic poetry. The article argues that the symbolic poetry of France is after providing a different description of nature rather than implying a different truth while the contemporary symbolic poetry of Iran beads on the poems by Nima، has a more allegorical structure.
