Explaining and preferring of intervention in urban old fabrics using AHP method (Case study Mashhad neighborhood noghan)

Mashhad megalopolis، such as anoder megalopolis of Iran، comforting with increasing area of old fabrics in inner city. Recognition and grading of remaining damaged area، for prioritize them، is a special necessity. Consider erring to vast project of holy shrines confine reconstruction According to this necessity، investigate in recognition and prioritize، part of obsolescence fabric in holy shrine round atnoghan neighborhoods (sector2). This sector is one of the four sector in Mashhad central fabric rehabilitation and renovation. According to nation - wide census، the population were grow thing with - % 8 ratio between 1375S to 1385S، that express wide spread migration of sector dwellers to another area of city. working method`s in different plan`s. That suggested and enforcement، to present، were general and don’t prioritize. Therefore this projects comfort with problems to execution، such as financial resource deficiency، grow longer projects، remained in course of construction for many amount of destroy fabrics، and need to large amount of partnership. considering that they are doing a lot of project، in this investigation prioritize research perimeter`s according to quantitative and qualitative standards، and use of AHP model. There for we used standards such as estates area، thoroughfares penetrable، land use، build quality and، historical - cultural space. after the standards determined، on the basis of expert opinions، they are weighted in relation of obsolescence amount and blend all indexes، the neighborhoods classification is resulted، in view of rehabilitation and renovation priority. Result of this research indicate that considerable amount (%44/2) of fabric، is a the first priority in order to rehabilitation and renovation needs that them are showed in map. In first priority، the economy index influence (estates area) is evidenced in relation of other factored. In second priority the environmental - physical factors is effective.
